Q.  Do you offer delivery/pickup?

We do offer delivery & pick up within the DFW Metroplex area. Travel outside the area may incur an extra fee.

Q.  When is payment due?

A 50% non-refundable retainer will be due after the contract is signed.  The remaining balance will be due 30 days prior to the event. For short term events, full payment is due at the receipt of the contract.

Q.  How long is your rental period?

Your rental period is 4 days, drop off and pick up are included in that timeframe.

Q.  What if I damage something?

Things happen, and we understand they do, however, the client will be responsible for the full replacement cost of any broken items. 

Q. Do you have a cancellation policy?

Yes, you can cancel at any time, however, any cancellations made less than 30 days from the event will not receive any refunds.  ALL cancellations must be made in writing.
